Aprileen, born and bred Trinidadian, is an accomplished and qualified finance professional with extensive corporate background supporting C-Suite leaders in finance and strategy.
A ‘Connector’ at heart, she enjoys effecting change through people. With Pursuit, her mission is to create a community of Black Women and Women of Colour and increase their visibility within professional and entrepreneurial spaces, setting an example of possibilities for the younger generation

Jeanell is an experienced facilitator and people operations leader with expertise in diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), health & wellbeing, learning & development, workforce strategy, and production management. She currently leads the Office of Representation, Inclusion & Equity at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
A self-described ‘cultural chameleon’, Jeanell has made it her mission to learn and grow through global cultural immersion. She has lived, worked, and travelled the world, spending a significant amount of time in Europe and Asia.

Leah pursued her BSc International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her career has evolved through various industries and her current role is in Human Resources in her native Trinidad & Tobago.
She has a passion for the written word and is happiest when wearing the mantle of ‘Wordsmith’. In particular, she has a keen interest in bringing to the fore the stories and lived experiences of women and under-represented communities.
